Đại sứ quán Việt Nam tại Ba Lan thông báo, theo thông tin từ Cục Quản lý xuất nhập cảnh (Bộ Công an), hiện nay Ứng dụng khai báo thông tin trước khi nhập cảnh (Pre-arrival Information – PAI) đang được triển khai thí điểm tại Cảng hàng không quốc tế Tân Sơn Nhất.
Việc sử dụng ứng dụng hoàn toàn trên cơ sở tự nguyện, khuyến khích thực hiện và không bắt buộc.
Hướng dẫn khai báo
Bước 1: Truy cập hệ thống tại: https://prearrival.immigration.gov.vn hoặc quét mã QR do cơ quan chức năng cung cấp.
Bước 2: Lựa chọn ngôn ngữ phù hợp (Tiếng Việt, Tiếng Anh, Tiếng Trung, Tiếng Pháp…).
Bước 3: Chọn mục “Tạo và nộp tờ khai”, nhập mã xác minh CAPTCHA và khai báo đầy đủ thông tin hành khách, thông tin thị thực (visa) và thông tin chuyến đi theo hướng dẫn.
Bước 4: Sau khi hoàn tất, hệ thống sẽ cấp mã QR để hành khách sử dụng trong quá trình làm thủ tục nhập cảnh. Hành khách nên lưu mã QR trên điện thoại hoặc in ra giấy để thuận tiện khi đến cửa khẩu.
Lưu ý quan trọng
Trong quá trình triển khai hệ thống PAI, cơ quan chức năng đã phát hiện một số trang web giả mạo nhằm lừa đảo và chiếm đoạt tài sản thông qua thẻ tín dụng.
Đề nghị hành khách chỉ truy cập duy nhất vào trang web chính thức của Cục Quản lý xuất nhập cảnh, Bộ Công an tại: https://prearrival.immigration.gov.vn để thực hiện khai báo, tránh truy cập các đường dẫn không rõ nguồn gốc hoặc được chia sẻ từ các nguồn không chính thức.
Việc khai báo trước khi nhập cảnh giúp hỗ trợ quá trình kiểm tra, làm thủ tục tại cửa khẩu được thuận tiện và nhanh chóng hơn. Hành khách được khuyến khích thực hiện khai báo trước chuyến bay để nâng cao trải nghiệm khi nhập cảnh vào Việt Nam.
Instructions for Completing the Declaration
Step 1: Access the system at https://prearrival.immigration.gov.vn or scan the QR code provided by the competent authorities.
Step 2: Select the appropriate language (Vietnamese, English, Chinese, French, etc.).
Step 3: Select “Create and Submit Declaration”, enter the CAPTCHA verification code, and complete the required passenger information, visa details, and travel information in accordance with the instructions provided.
Step 4: Upon successful submission, the system will generate a QR code for use during immigration procedures. Travelers are advised to save the QR code on their mobile device or print a hard copy for convenient presentation at the port of entry.
Important Notice
During the implementation of the PAI system, the competent authorities have identified several fraudulent websites designed to deceive users and unlawfully obtain credit card information.
Travelers are strongly advised to access only the official website of the Immigration Department, Ministry of Public Security, at https://prearrival.immigration.gov.vn to complete the declaration. Please avoid using unofficial links or websites obtained from unverified sources.
Submitting pre-arrival information through the PAI system helps facilitate immigration inspection and entry procedures, making the arrival process more efficient and convenient. Travelers are encouraged to complete the declaration before their flight to enhance their entry experience upon arrival in Viet Nam
